In either case, the Global-i lifecycle management experts are trained in the Global-i LifecycleDrive© Methodologies. 2. Global-i D2IS© Decision-to-Implement services – Global-i will offer service & systems implementation and deployment-based consulting and outsourcing services. These services will benefit communications clients that are launching new services, market expansion of new/current services, and implementing new/major upgrades of systems. Utilizing the Global-i D2IS© Methodologies, Service Providers, OEMs, Enterprise and Vertical Market Customers can effectively deploy services and implement systems via program and project management services, solutions architecture and engineering services, and vendor evaluation/management activities. This set of services are typically offered as an outsourced service in conjunction with the Global-i D2OS© service. 3. Global-i LAPS© Lab & Partner services - Global-i will offer lab and partner-based consulting and outsourcing services. These services will benefit communications clients that need prototyping, pre-concepts, proof-of-concepts (POCs), in-house testing, field trials, and 3rd party interoperability testing and partner assessment/management services. Utilizing the Global-i LAPS© Methodologies, Service Providers, OEMs, Enterprise and Vertical Market Customers can effectively jump start their prototyping, lab and partner evaluation and management activities. This set of services is typically offered as a outsourced service in conjunction with the Global-i D2OS© service. 4. Global-i D2OS© Decision-to-Outsource services - Global-i will offer turnkey managed outsourcing of all Global-i services. These services will benefit communications clients that want a managed outsourcing solution of their lifecycle and implementation activities, fully or partially.
